Been trying for months to get our stuff out. Finally spoke to a very helpful worker who informed me that we had been given the wrong code all this time… even though we’ve called dozens of times to tell them it’s not working. So since we couldn’t get into our unit to retrieve our belongings, we tell them we won’t pay the next month’s rent since we have been trying to move our stuff out. They literally made us pay the next month in order to retrieve our stuff. This vicious cycle has been going on for months. No exaggeration, I’ve probably called 50 times within the past 4 months. Now I am finally able to get in within the last few hours we have paid for. I told the woman on the phone (who was amazing) that I would be contacting the police if they still could not provide me with a code that worked. Luckily they did, but I am putting in a complaint with BBB in hopes of recovering these months of payment that for which we never even wanted the unit. I’m always told a manager will call me back and I have only had ONE missed voicemail. I called back but of course they never answered or responded. I feel bad writing an awful review as some of your workers seem great, but the amount of tears and money this place has cost me is outrageous.
